When I click the paint for the first time, it tells me to log in instead. So I have to make csp account first and then the licensed box appeared like in this video.
What if the window for verifying the license doesn't pop up when you start it?

so i just bought csp and i clicked the download clip studio for macOS on a diff tab and it showed 'Untitled' or whatever for a few minutes then said that it took too long to respond, my wifi is fine and my other tabs open, halp xx
I have a new laptop coming so how do I put the Clip Studio Paint on that laptop when my serial number is already being used by two devices?

Okay so I payed with PayPal, and the first time had an error, so it never went through. That’s one thing you should check, next is that you need to make sure you fully buy it, because there’s a final review screen and I honestly thought I was done buying it XD, so make sure of that as well, it should pop up after completely buying it.

I hate how clip is just milking the cow here… instead of à one time purchase they force tablet user with à monthly subscription..
Uhm so, I bought csp when it was on sale(25$)
And once I bought it, the shortcut never showed on my screen,files, are anywhere on my laptop? So, I have the serial code & all, just not the program for some reason? Does anyone know why?

so I downloaded wacom drivers for my old wacom intuos (the reason I have clip studio is cuz of the free software thing)
And after I did that. Clip studio paint wont open… like it would say "connecting to servers" then it would just shut down and not open anything.
I later went to delete the wacom drivers and tried to download my huion drivers (because huion ahaha cheap but cool screen tablet)
And I did delete the wacom ones. After my huion tablet was set up and ready, I check and clip studio paint still isnt working.
Yes, I have tried deleting and redownloading the software, it didn't help.
And yes, I have deleted all my tablet drivers and reset.
Can someone help? I have spent more than 17 hours straight trying to fix this and I need sleep.

can someone hellppp, I was doing the free trial and I got the app ( I paid) but I am still in the free trial, I don't know how to put the serial number
for those MacOS who have a serial code but it starts you in trial mode when launching the software
– Select the [CLIP STUDIO PAINT] menu
– and click-> [Review/Change License].
– then put your new license
Does anyone knows how to put the serial numbers? I only have 13 digits and there are 5 boxes to put the serial numbers in and I tried putting the numbers in but nothing works

I bought my Wacom ctl4100 yesterday and i already redeem csp, but when i running the csp, the app always says "failed to verify the license"
And there were button "verify license from another device" and "launch with limited features"
There's no setting button or anything else..

do I need to wait for my trial to end to register my license? I went to clip studio and clicked on help in the upper right corner but it doesn't say anything about change license or whatever. I'm a windows user please help!
