Thank you very much for this! My laptop's battery had lost much of its capacity after a couple years so I wanted to replace the battery but in the process, I kinda just got curious and wanted to explore my laptop a bit more but without breaking anything! It's still all good thanks to this! I'm an electrical engineering student (senior) but I wouldn't know much about troubleshooting a laptop's electronics xD.
do I need to remove all the parts to replace the keyboard? is there a way I can remove the keyboard without removing all the parts?
I have an Inspiron 13 7000 P69G. I need to remove battery, motherboard, keyboard, screen and all other boards and replace in new case (dog bit off corner but didn't damage parts). The battery has a different connector. Can you show me how to remove it without damaging the cable?
Do you have any msi laptop you can tear down?
