running double height low profile cards like 1050ti and 1650 through the x4 pci port is possible, its recommended with these x020 machines to upgrade to the dell OEM 315w psu from another PC they did but keep in mind the x4 slot bottlenecks the card ever so slightly in benchmarking however is almost entirely un-noticeable in games (the bottlenecking it experiences from the lower bandwidth through that port still gives far superior performance to anything else you can run in these through the single height x16 slot anyways)

There is one solution to the unfortunate placement of the PCI e slots… External PSU. True it would take a bit of messing around, however.. there are some advantages, obviously internal space – but it also means the opportunity of a much more potent power supply…
More drives, bigger and better cards… So on

I mean, yeah – if you're not into that (understable as work-reward ratio isn't going to be big) fine.
It is however, undeniably a solution.

I have one with a pentium G. I got it so cheap . I've upgraded it to I5-4570 (4th gen) I've "modified" the case to fit a full size gpu (gtx 1650 4 gb) with 16 gigs of ram. ' now it's my gaming PC lol
