Just got it for my birthday and its amazing but ive noticed it gets really hot. Does anyone have a fix for this?
I own this laptop and I have for little over a year. It's okay but it sucks having to have all my settings on medium for good fps and if the fans are on anything but ultra performance my games can barely run. It gets very hot which can get annoying when im just using it for school on the go.
Honestly, I just need a computer that can run my art program, clip studio, so would this be okay?

I bought a laptop dell g7 7790 of 144hz i5 rtx 2060 but when I open the settings and resolution there is only 60hz why?? Please help 😣 I bought the laptop for 144hz and there is no option for it I even updated everything
I have the 7790 and the 7588. I keep the 7588 at work and use the 7790 at home. I've been pleased with both machines, but sank immediate upgrades into them. I replaced the SSD with a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO and the internal HDD with a Samsung 960 for additional storage. The only thing I don't care for is that they didn't integrate it with TB like the XPS series did. That means I have to use a Dockingstation and a power supply. to run dual monitors. When I replace them, I'm probably going to buy two XPS machines so I have better integration with TB.

ive got this laptop is awesome. though the new alienware rgb backlikt keyboard does not detect in alienware command centre now. its absolutely fucked. dell have not updated or fixed this issue. its a big problem. my keyboard is illuminated but you cant control the rbg colour nor the brightness anymore. if anyone knows how to fix this i'd like to know. ive tried reinstalls a million times. its a alienware/dell problem…?

G7 7590 is a good laptop however the original Toshiba SSD is a PCIE3.0 X2. It will get much better if SN750 is used as hard drive in this case.
