When I first watched this movie years ago, I did not expect this to be her ending. Misa really deserved better.
Erika Toda is a phenomenal actress, this scene made me sob hysterically!
"Misa dies in Light Yagami's arms." She wanted to die peacefully in his arms, him being the last memory she's ever seen. A little part of me wanted Light to be alive and waiting somewhere.
