I have shopped on Taobao several times and had stuff shipped to the U.S., never come across any sellers asking for extra money for misc. expenses. But, this was in 2020, and Taobao's global shipping program has come a long way.
Oh, and if you want some cool SFF PC cases, there are some pretty awesome options for under $50USD.

Funny to see this bc i still use this cpu today lol. I have an i7-4720HQ in my old acer laptop that i use for traveling, runs emulated games extremely well since many emulators like dolphin thrive with its dual core performance. The HDD and 8gb ddr3 ram didn't age very gracefully tho lol

I have almost the same cpu in my old laptop(i7 4710mq) and as i tested they can be overclock by 0,2ghz like it has turbo speed for 3,6 but in intel extreme utility it allows you to make it 3,8. I am a little late for you to ask that if you can test it 🙂
It needs to be around 20% cooler.
Now I can say that they did this waaaaaaay back already. CPU Galaxy has a video of a similar kind of a Chinese Pentium MMX 300MHz.
